Background

BTB has one mission: to build lasting brand loyalty across its portfolio of regional and national water brands. It produces and distributes numerous brands of bottled water in distinct regions of North America including Arrowhead Water, Deer Park Spring Water, Ice Mountain, Pure Life, Splash, Saratoga, Ozarka, Poland Spring, and Zephyrhills.

Challenges

Their outdated, inconsistent, and hard-to-update websites were standing in the way of building BTB into a lasting brand. With a growing emphasis on creating meaningful connections with consumers, BTB needed their digital experiences to reflect the quality and uniqueness of each brand, all while making it easier to manage content and drive engagement. Their number one goal was to transform their sites into platforms that build brand loyalty and keep customers coming back.

Brand Design

We completely reimagined the brand websites. We delivered beautiful, on-brand redesigns that not only captured each brand’s personality but also focused on creating an engaging user experience that encourages long-term loyalty. Built on Drupal, the sites provide flexibility for BTB to update content easily, ensuring they can keep customers engaged with fresh, relevant information. Additionally, we worked closely with Data Analytics to implement strategies for first-party data capture and promotional landing pages, all designed to deepen consumer interaction. The result is a set of visually stunning, easy-to-manage websites that align with BTB’s core goal of building brand loyalty while driving business value.

Rewards Drop Design

Blue Triton Brands (BTB) partnered with us to help launch Rewards Drop™, the largest rewards program in the bottled water industry. The program allows customers to upload receipts to earn “Drops” that can be redeemed for branded merchandise, concert tickets, event passes, and more. Each BTB brand offers rewards tailored to its specific audience—such as Ozarka's rodeo tickets and BBQ tools, perfectly suited to its Texas demographic.

We were integral in developing and launching the program, and most recently, we are wrapping up a comprehensive redesign to further improve the user experience. Our goal was to make the program easy to use and more engaging, ensuring that customers can seamlessly earn and redeem rewards while strengthening their connection to BTB brands.
